The Best Moments are Captured Spontaneously
Photographic Portfolio
I photograph life as it unfolds: on subway platforms, street corners, and in the spaces where people's stories intersect with mine. With my iPhone or Canon EOS R5, I capture unposed moments: street dancers mid-freeze, commuters rushing to catch trains, strangers carrying the weight of their day. Photography taught me to slow down, to see people I once passed by without a second thought, and to wrestle with the distances—class, race, experience—that separate us. Every frame is a question about whose stories get told and how we choose to see each other.
My photos have won multiple awards in the Scholastic Art and Writing Competition Photography Category, including Gold Keys, Silver Keys, and Honorable Mentions(2024, 2025).
