For Fun

In my free time, I like to enjoy activities where I can laugh, reset, and recharge. This section shows some of the things I do just for fun.

Cooking/Baking

I'm a massive food enjoyer: whether it's grabbing dinner with friends after a long day at Juilliard or ordering from my favorite local spots, food has always been central to how I connect with people. But there's something special about cooking it myself. From a young age, I've loved being in the kitchen, experimenting with recipes and perfecting my favorites: tiramisu, a perfectly seared steak, holiday meals for my family, weekend dinners when friends come over. Cooking is my love language: it's how I show care, create moments of comfort, and bring people together around the table.

My Kitties

My two domestic shorthair cats, Tiger and Pearl(think bubble tea!), are the real stars of my free time. We named them after their physical appearances: Tiger has a pattern on his back that resembles a tiger, while Pearl is white, like a Pearl. Tiger loves his long naps in the sun, while Pearl loves following each and every member of my family around our house like a loyal puppy. They’re the perfect duo to spend a lonely afternoon with at home.

Racket Sports

There's something about the fast-paced rhythm of racket sports that always draws me back. Whether it's tennis, table tennis, squash, or badminton, I love the quick reflexes and friendly competition. Most Sundays, you'll find me on the court or at the table with friends and family—it's become a weekly ritual that's equal parts workout and quality time. Every rally is a back-and-forth conversation, competitive enough to keep me sharp but casual enough that we're all laughing by the end.
